I cannot find any info on where to locate this since the retail reset.

I offer a reward for the location of this item.

Current reward(s) are:

1,000 Gold (Pre-Searing Delivery)

I searched high and low for it and it appears to have been removed pre-searing. You can aquire every piece but that one.

Yeah, I've upgraded my Ele armor except for the tunic, can't find it anywhere...

I am obsested with killing the Charr and the extra aromor would really help...

I am almost level 10 and I have not left Pre-Searing Ascalon as I was helping people who need it. I can solo a Charr group of 3, but the Alter is still beyond me. The drops you can get from the level 10s are worth the work.

I know I can just move on, but I want to be the first to clear the alter!!

In the Pre-searing guide, that's what it says :

5 Colossal Jawbones to Collector Findley (Regent Valley directly South of Fort Ranik) for Necromancer Tunic

..but I looked all over and couldn't find anything around south of fort ranik...
now i wonder if that was a mistake and if collector findley truly exists o.O

only time will tell...

There has been several NPC changes since the last Beta,
maybe they will put it back once they relize it is gone.

I am hoping that they bring it back soon...

Last night I submitted a question regarding this to support.guildwars.com. I classified it as gameplay, that may have been my mistake. I got a cryptic answer telling me to go put the question here on the forums or ask it in game.

Other than the support site, is there a place to report what appears to be a /bug?

Well, that explains the last two hours of my life being missing, couldn't find him anywhere, visited all the collectors, non elist the necromance tunic.
Submitted /bug for this.
